Background level at focal plane of GARIS-II and transmission were investigated using asymmetric 22Ne-induced fusion reactions. The usage of He-H2 mixture as a fill gas enables to decrease the background level and to increase the transmission. A target-identification system was newly installed for effective measurement of excitation function during short time without changing the beam energy provided from accelerated.
